Good place

It’s a good place and clean . Fair prices and good cleaning service .

The sofa in my room was broken and I asked twice to change in to 2 different people and nothing happen , so I gave up and they never changed it.

I recommend it!

Everything was perfect from the moment I just got into the room, I felt like I would live there forever! :D. Excellent breakfast and very kind staff. The location is quiet so you get an excellent sleep. Near the metro and a supermarket, it's just perfect. Loved it! If I go back to SP someday, surely I'll stay at Conde Luciano again.

Big room with allows small meetings and space for work, decent breakfast, very clean, facilities which allow light meals in the room, very good value for money

Very comfortable, conveniently located.

The rooms have been somewhat renovated. Excellent location.

Awful cable service. They still have their old, flat pillows; I had to ask them to change them and they only had one decent one.

Excellent location in one of the best neighbourhoods in the...

Excellent location in one of the best neighbourhoods in the city, close to pretty much everything. Not too expensive yet good service.

The rooms could do a little refurbishing. They have very old TVs and poor cable. No kettle or coffee in the room. The sofas/couches' upholstery quite old and stained. No lounge nor business areas.

The location was great, good public transport, breakfast was...

The location was great, good public transport, breakfast was good, plenty of fruits, bread, coffee and milk, cereal, etc, wifi was good, stable, and the price per room was reasonable.

The building needs general updating and could do with a lick of paint, and some improvements, like changing bedcovers which looked old, tatty and dirty, lacked air con in the living rooms, which in the summer is a must.

Staff is great, location is good.

I booked a double-bed room but when I checked in they informed that rooms with double bed were not available, only twin-bed rooms. That was very bad. Besides, hotel cleaning must be improved and rooms need renovation. Incredibly loud hydraulic noise and elevator noise in the room. Wi-fi was not working at several times during my 3-night stay.

My room was big, more than I could expect.

My room was big, more than I could expect. The balcony makes the room clear and fresh.

Their "gym" is just ridiculous and depressive, also the swimming pool. The gym has one treadmill, a bike and a few very old weights. The treadmill does not work, with buttons broken etc and the bike had accumulated old water over its seat. The swimming pool is so small that you cannot swim. You can think of it as a big bathtub with cold water. I was so disappointed over that.

La amplitud del ambiente, la calma y la limpieza.

Las camas no tienen el confort que deberían en un hotel de este nivel. Tal vez porque el espacio destinado a las camas es estrecho. El área total es amplia, la sala es confortable pero el lugar donde están las camas es estrecho por lo que las camas necesariamente tienen que ser estrechas pero además el colchón y las almohadas podrían mejorar
